Blade Sharpening Costs:

Postage for blade sharpening is dependant on value of sharpening order.

Up to £0 - 10 = £1.50 (Royal Mail first class)
£10 - 40 = £4.50 (Royal Mail Secure Special Delivery)
Over £40 = £7.50 (Royal mail Secure Special Delivery or Parcel Force), both require a signature.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering sharpening services and other products at the same time, delivery will be charged at the higher applicable rate

Delivery is subject to stock availability.
A signature is required on receipt for goods sent by Parcelforce.

Blade Sharpening Services

If you are ordering sharpening services, please print a copy of your e-mail order receipt and enclose with the blades you send to us to be sharpened, so we know who has sent them to us. If this is not possible for whatever reason, please include your Order ID, clearly labelled, with your blades.

Our Guarantee and Returns Policy

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange the item (for which postage must be paid) or provide you with a full refund or credit note. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, after which a replacement may be offered. Please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting Certificate. This will ensure that you will receive your exchange or refund in the event of your goods being mislaid in the post..
