Suitability

For owners of 2 - 3 horses intending to do full or partial clips. These are considerably quieter-running than most clippers and will reduce the stress of clipping for more nervous horses.

Clipping cattle - along the backs, tails and back of the legs with ease.

Features

• Integrated battery - for totally cordless clipping (the battery is incorporated within the handpiece)
• 2 hours work time from a 60-70 minute charge.
• Li-ion battery combined with an intelligent charger - this charger can show the approximate state of charge so you can have an idea of what is left in the battery. The fast recharge time of 60-70 minutes means that with a second battery you could clip continuously.
• Sealed unit - prevents hair and dirt getting inside. The benefit of this is reduced servicing costs, less heat is generated which in turn minimises operating problems.
• Exceptionally quiet for less stress

• Do not store in cold, damp conditions
• Comes with 3 year warranty.

Size

The handle on the Heiniger Xplorer is nice and slim. The main grip point is 17cm in circumference and the length is 29 cm from the tip of the blades to the base of the clipper. Weight: 1.04 kg including blades and battery.

It arrived very promptly and I have just tried it out for the first time, clipping two very overheated mini Shetland bellies! Clipped perfectly, easy to hold and handle, not too noisy, and so lovely not to be tripping over a cable. Not done a big clip yet, but hoping this will keep all my equines comfortable over the winter. Would definitely recommend."
