Delivered with a broken strap

I bought this bag to replace my plastic clipper case (so that I could carry my clipping equipment over my shoulder and be hands free), however when the bag arrived it had a broken clip which should attach the strap to the bag. I didn’t have time to send it back and exchange as I had already thrown the case away. Good job I bought the bag at a discounted price, otherwise I’d have made more of a fuss. I’m sure the bag would be great if it wasn’t faulty 😬
