Sharpening update - 01.04.20  Important Update: COVID-19

We are making the following working provisions from 23rd March 2020 until further notice to safe guard our staff and to ensure our business remains open and can continue to trade until such time we are notified by Government guidelines.

  • Our retail area is now closed to visitors.
  • We have a designated area for collections and drop offs, situated outside, to the right of the entrance.
  • Our phone lines and office will be manned between 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday.
  • Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or courier, within 24 hours of ordering although deliveries may be delayed.
  • Our Workshop will remain open for blade sharpening, machine servicing and repairs.
  • If you have any queries or concerns or have clipping equipment in for repair or sharpening, please keep in touch by phone or email.  We are here to help you.

How our sharpening process works

1. Place an order online 

We ask customers to pay online via the links above, this helps to keep our turnaround times to a minumum and enables you to keep track on the progress of your order.
Once your order has been placed, we will email you your unique order number. This order number must be enclosed within the envelope with your blades/scissors.

2. Pack your blades and relevant information

Include the following inside your package:

  • Your clipper blades, scissors or cutters & combs.
  • Your name, telephone number & your Order Number (Only supplied once payment online has been made)

Pack your blades or scissors and securely fasten to a piece of cardboard within a well padded jiffy envelope or box. This will dramatically reduce the risk of breakages while they're in transit. 
Please write your return address on the outside of the parcel.

3. Send your parcel to us

When sending any items to us, we recommend using a Royal Mail tracked and/or signed for service. This way, you can keep track of your parcel and be sure of a safe arrival with us. Our address as as follows:

Important information

Please don't forget to include your Order Number and contact details within your parcel. Failure to include this will cause unneccesary delays in the return of your blades.
