- Clipper and Trimmer servicing cannot be paid for in advance online.
- All blades included with machines will be sharpened at a cost of £8.00 for Horse/Large blades and £7.00 for Trimmer/Small blades.
- If you do not wish for your blades to be sharpened then please include a note clearly stating this.
We repair all well-known brands of clipper such as Lister, Liveryman, Heiniger, Wolseley, Wahl, Oster, Aesculap, Andis, Constanta and others. However, we do NOT and CANNOT repair clippers which are made in China. Some of these are labelled: Masterclip, Huntmaster, Clipmaster, GTS and some clippers which have 'professional clipper' written on them. It really is worth checking with us before you send them in to avoid unnecessary postal costs.
The reason we can't repair these Chinese clippers is because we can't get hold of parts for them. If you own a Chinese clipper we recommend you try and take them back to the manufacturer or company that sold them to you in the first instance.
COST AND POSTAGE:
The set charge for clipper servicing is £35.00 plus parts and return post at £9.50 (Parcelforce 48).
Please send in well packaged - we will contact you for payment details when we are ready to return them to you.
If you are in a hurry to have your machine returned, please ring 01823 681076 in advance to find out the current turnaround time. During our peak times from September until December, it can take up to eight weeks - so please ring for confirmation during this time if it is urgent.
All servicing is carried out on site by experienced engineers. We are clipper specialists and are used to servicing and repairing all makes of clippers. When we have received your clippers, they are booked in in date order. Once they have been repaired or assessed through our workshop and are ready to be despatched, we will ring you with payment details / our quote at that time.
Please ensure your clippers are clean, well packed and protected. Please send them via a tracked form of delivery. We advise removing the blades before sending.
When sending machines please include your name, address and daytime telephone number, with an indication of what issues you are having or whether it is a general service that is required.
All clippers will be returned securely packaged by special delivery or Parcelforce, these are services which will require a signature upon delivery.
