1. Product Condition
Preloved clippers are previously used demonstration units. These products are not new and will show signs of prior handling and use. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Light scratching
- Cosmetic wear to casing
- Minor surface marks
- Signs of previous blade fitting or use
All preloved clippers are tested prior to sale and confirmed to be in working order unless otherwise clearly stated in the individual product description.
Any known cosmetic or functional issues will be disclosed on the product listing.
2. Warranty
Preloved clippers are sold without manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated on the individual product listing.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
3. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Due to the nature of preloved equipment, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:
- Product description
- Condition notes
- Product photographs
- Included accessories
By purchasing a preloved product, you acknowledge the item is not brand new and may show cosmetic signs of prior use.
4. Returns – Change of Mind (Online Purchases)
If you purchase preloved clippers online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
To qualify for a change of mind return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition supplied
- All accessories, packaging, and contents must be included
- The item must not show additional use, wear, or damage
Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value.
5. Faults or Items Not as Described
If your preloved clippers arrive:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
Please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement (where available), or refund in line with UK consumer law.
6. Pricing
Preloved clippers are sold at a reduced price to reflect:
- Demonstration use
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Lack of manufacturer's warranty
7. Safety and Testing
All preloved clippers are visually inspected and function tested prior to dispatch to ensure they are safe and operational.
8. Cosmetic Condition
Cosmetic wear consistent with demonstration use is expected and is not considered a fault unless it materially differs from the product description or listing images.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
10. Additional Commercial Clarification
Preloved clippers are supplied as professional grooming equipment at a reduced price. These products are intended for customers who understand they are purchasing previously demonstrated equipment rather than brand new retail stock.
