The Heiniger Saphir Style clipper is a VERY quiet, lightweight clipper with minimal vibration and is exceptionally smooth running.

Ideally suited for young/difficult horses and also for veterinary and dog grooming use as it takes a variety of A5 snap-on blades in both the narrow and wide range. The wide blades that are available are great for clipping larger areas and body clips on horses. The clipper is supplied with 2 Lithium-ion batteries, each battery will clip for 120 minutes and re-charge in 45 minutes.

In field trials this clipper has proved to be exceptionally powerful for its type and is built to a high specification

The Heiniger Saphir is so light and comfortable to hold as well as perfectly balanced in the hand. With a quiet and powerful 35W permanent magnet motor, as well as a high-performance battery with the latest lithium ionic technology. The Saphir is the most superior light-duty clipper in this range. It gives more than 50 minutes clipping per charge and around 45 minutes to re-charge.

For best results to ensure the blade locates correctly, please make sure the machine is running when you fit the snap-on blades.
